Our Factory
At New Dong Huang, manufacturing starts long before garments enter production lines.

We work across yarn selection, fabric construction, and knitting parameters to support a wide range of functional materials used in performance apparel.By aligning material choices with end-use requirements early, we reduce uncertainty before fabrics move into development and bulk production.
Fabric Testing & Performance Control
Fabrics are evaluated through defined testing and validation processes before production. Key performance factors such as stretch recovery, dimensional stability, and color fastness are reviewed to ensure suitability for repeated manufacturing runs. This process helps maintain consistent fabric behavior from sample stage to bulk delivery.

With deep expertise in fabric development and knitting technology, he founded New Dong Huang in 1999. His leadership and technical knowledge have driven the company’s growth as a leading activewear manufacturer.
