The waffle construction creates a three-dimensional surface that enhances thermal regulation and moisture management — trapping air within the cell structure while allowing breathability across the fabric face. Without spandex content, stretch is moderate and inherent to the knit structure, making this fabric best suited to relaxed-fit and comfort-oriented constructions rather than compression applications. Ideal for studio cover-ups, post-workout layers, loungewear sets, oversized training tops, and premium athleisure outerwear where surface texture, thermal comfort, and a substantial hand feel are the primary sourcing requirements.
